5-Year Limited Parts Warranty
Clark Premium Shades products are backed by a 5-year limited warranty on all non-motor components and a 3-year warranty on motors against defects in materials or workmanship.
What's covered
If a covered component fails during the applicable warranty period, the replacement part will be provided at no charge.
Labor for removal, installation, or replacement is not included.
What is not covered
Warranty coverage does not apply to damage or failure caused by weather, improper installation, electrical issues, misuse, human damage, environmental conditions, or other causes unrelated to a product-quality defect.
How to make a claim
Warranty claims require the original order information and reasonable photo or video documentation of the issue.
