Shipping & Delivery
Clark ships made-to-order patio screens as door-to-door freight. Delivery is calculated separately from the product subtotal, shown as an estimate in Build & Price, and confirmed before production.
How your screens are packed
Each screen is packed for freight on its own. Inside the carton it is wrapped, cushioned with packing foam, and braced with internal supports so it cannot shift in transit. Those cartons are then strapped and fastened to a wooden pallet for door-to-door delivery — not shipped loose in a large wooden crate.
Production and transit
After specification review, production typically takes five to seven days. Shipping is then up to 45 days. Made-to-order systems typically arrive about 45 days door-to-door; exact timing is confirmed with the order.
How delivery is priced
Delivery is calculated separately from the product subtotal. Every shipment includes a minimum delivery charge — even for a single screen. Build & Price then estimates freight from how many screens you order and the longest screen width. The figure is an estimate, not a carrier guarantee, and is confirmed during specification review before production.
Checked before it ships
Finished screens are inspected before they leave production. Clark reviews the specification you submitted — dimensions, operation, finish, and fabric — so the package that ships is the package you configured. Freight is then confirmed during that same specification review, before the order is released.
When the shipment arrives
Freight is delivered door-to-door to the address on the order. Inspect the pallet and cartons on arrival when you can. Document visible damage before accepting the shipment, and contact Clark Support with photos if anything arrived harmed.
